Quarter Credit System

Course Load
Students are encouraged to follow the program of study, which begins every September and ends in August. Its is recommended the student take one class per week to follow the two year plan for the Certificate in Ministry program and the four year plan for the Diploma of Biblical Studies program. As course availability grows, it may be possible for students to complete their program of study earlier than noted. Students may only take up to two courses per any given quarter.

Course Changes Drop/ Add
Students may change course provided the course has not yet met for week one. Student must meet with the Registrar’s Office and complete and submit the Drop/Add form. Courses dropped will be refunded according to the Institute’s Refund Policy.
