Accreditation and Affiliations       

 

As an outgrowth of the ministry of Pastor Ruben H. Martinez and Christ Is Salvation Christian Church in Thermal, California, the Institute has a vital relationship with the 500 member church. Having been birthed through Christ Is Salvation Christian Church, the Institute walks in mutual partnership with the congregation and the leadership in fulfilling its mission of preparing and equipping servant leaders for ministry in the local church and community. Through this relationship Christos Institute has a religious exemption status as provided within the provisions of the Bureau for Private Post Secondary Education of the State of California.

Christos is an institutional member of Asociación para la Educación Teológica Hispana (AETH),-  the Association for Theological Hispanic Education.

 

Christos is also and institutional member of Asociacion Teologica Hispana  (ATH)

 

All teaching faculty and visiting seminary professors have studied and earned their respective degrees at regionally accredited universities and/or seminaries.

 

Christos Institute is not affiliated with the Foursquare Church denomination, but does hold its Doctrinal Statement, Tenants of Faith, and Core Beliefs as foundational doctrinal truths.
